My family and I thoroughly enjoyed being there, it's lovely old fashioned hotel. Venue's location was ideal and peaceful, away from the bars etc. And it's relatively near Zest of India, ate there once or twice.

We greatly enjoyed staying in this hotel! The room was fine, and we had a magnificent view of sea. Its location was marvellous and lovely, just 5 minutes walk from Solaris Centre. It was located in a lovely area near North Shores and the pleasure beach south pier.

In general the staff were excellent and extremely friendly. The hotel's location was excellent, not far from both tram stops, and blackpool like one big happy family. I usually went to Harrowside Chip Shop to grab a bite.

It was fairly clean and the atmosphere was family all around. Everyone we encountered was efficient. The location was perfect, for example, South Pier was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Moreover, it was close to all major attractions and central pier and tram stop across the road.
Actually, Wi-Fi signal was very weak and our bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was warm, cosy and had an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV. As for me, the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, just off Blackpool's South Shore and Blackpool for at least 20 years.
